简介：这种单克隆抗体可在抗原特异性ELISA等方法中灵敏、特异地检测人IgG2。

人IgG1、IgG3、IgG4、IgA、IgE、IgM与小鼠、大鼠、山羊、兔、牛的IgG无交叉反应（小于0.1%）。恒河猴和食蟹猴IgG的交叉反应性小于1%。

Tips：抗原特异性B细胞有两种可供选择的方式计数：在检测步骤中通过用抗原包被。对于记忆B细胞，我们建议用R848和重组小鼠IL-2（均包括在内）进行预刺激。

四、厂家测试结果：

货号3825-2A，试剂盒含链霉亲和素-ALP，厂家测试结果：在不存在或存在R848和重组IL-2的情况下，将小鼠脾细胞预孵72小时。然后洗涤细胞，加入ELISpot孔中并分析总IgG的分泌（100,000个细胞/孔，过夜孵育）。
